Since 1 May 2024, we have been operating under the name Qcision AG.

Why the name change?

A year ago, Feintool Technologie AG was acquired by the German CERTINA Group, a family-run industrial holding company focussing on European SMEs. As a result, we are taking the consequential next step of changing our name to reflect our new chapter.

Qcision - a combination of the words quality and precision - stands for innovative customer solutions for the most efficient production processes in the fineblanking and forming of metal parts.

What changes for you?

From your perspective as a customer/partner, only the name and appearance will change. Since the beginning of May, you can find information about our company and our services at www.qcision.com. Please note that our legal entity, bank details, and contacts remain the same.

To avoid any confusion and misunderstandings, please use the name Qcision AG in all business correspondence and documents moving forward. Thank you for sharing this information with your colleagues.
Beware of fraudsters: With our company name change, adjustments will be made in the Swiss Commercial Register. Such changes can often attract fraudsters. If you receive any unusual emails, phone calls, or suspicious messages - especially regarding our bank details - please contact your representative at our company immediately.
